Refund policy

Our goal is for you to love the items you purchase from us.  We understand that there will be instances that you may wish to return items.  Upon receipt of your package, you will have 7 days to request a return.  To request a return, please e-mail aruffino@hautesuburbanmess.com.  All return purchases must be unworn, unwashed and original tags must be attached and original receipt enclosed.  Once your return has been authorized, you will have 7 additional days to return the authorized item.  Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.  It is strongly suggested that you are able to track your package, as we will be unable to credit your account if package is not received.  Once we receive your return and it meets our requirements, we will issue you a store credit or send a replacement item, whichever you choose.
